We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Maple City Music. Because we specialize in physical media, we take extra care in packing and shipping. That said, here’s our fair and simple return policy:

✅ Returns Accepted If:

• The item is damaged or defective upon arrival (e.g., warped vinyl, cracked case)

• You received the wrong item

• The item is still sealed/unopened and returned within 14 days

❌ Returns Not Accepted If:

• The item was opened and played (unless defective)

• The return is past 14 days from delivery

• There’s minor cosmetic wear on used items (as disclosed)

🔁 How to Return:

1. Email us at [your support email] within 14 days of delivery

2. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description

3. Wait for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping back

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or store credit (your choice)

🚚 Return Shipping:

• For damaged/defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping

• For all other returns: You cover return shipping

• We recommend using tracked shipping for returns

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
