Andy Farley & Paul Janes – Addict (12", UK, 2004, Vicious Circle Recordings VCR030)

Why This Record Matters
Andy Farley and Paul Janes made hard-house and hard-dance records for UK club audiences. Their 2004 single “Addict” reached No. 30 on the UK chart for one week; the A-side is a fast, 148-BPM hard-dance mix, while Ant’s B-side remix shifts toward peak-time techno at 146 BPM.

Collector Note
This is the UK Vicious Circle Recordings 12-inch, catalog VCR030, released in March 2004. It pairs the original “Addict” with Ant’s remix; no runout details or extra inserts were provided, so the label and catalog number are the clearest edition identifiers here.
