Anúna – Invocation (CD Album, US Reissue, Celtic Heartbeat UD-53089)

Why This CD Matters
Invocation is Anúna’s second album and presents the Irish ensemble’s distinctive blend of Celtic tradition, medieval music, and contemporary choral writing. The program combines original compositions by director Michael McGlynn with traditional material including “The Last Rose” and “Siúil, A Rúin.” Its layered vocal arrangements helped establish Anúna as one of Ireland’s most distinctive modern choral groups.
