Why This CD Matters
Foreverly is a collaboration between Billie Joe Armstrong and Norah Jones built around the songs from The Everly Brothers’ 1958 album Songs Our Daddy Taught Us. The 12-song set revisits traditional folk and country material including “Roving Gambler,” “Barbara Allen” and “Down In The Willow Garden.” Armstrong and Jones provide vocals and multiple instruments, joined by Tim Luntzel, Dan Rieser, Charlie Burnham and Jonny Lam.

Collector Note
This 2013 U.S. Reprise Records edition, catalog number 540939-2, was issued as a stereo CD in a digisleeve. It was engineered and mixed by Chris Dugan, mastered by Greg Calbi at Sterling Sound, and manufactured by Cinram in Olyphant, Pennsylvania.
