Chill Out comes from Black Uhuru’s early-1980s period with Michael Rose, Duckie Simpson, and Puma Jones, backed by the production and rhythm team of Sly Dunbar and Robbie Shakespeare. Recorded at Channel One and Compass Point, the album also features Wally Badarou, Mikey Chung, Ansel Collins, and percussionist Sticky Thompson. Its nine tracks include “Chill Out,” “Darkness,” and “Mondays.”
