Born In The U.S.A. became one of Bruce Springsteen’s most commercially successful albums and produced seven U.S. Top 10 singles. Recorded with the E Street Band, its 12-song program includes “Dancing In The Dark,” “I'm On Fire,” “Glory Days,” “My Hometown,” and the title track. The album was recorded at the Power Station and The Hit Factory in New York.

Collector Note
This 1984 U.S. Columbia cassette carries catalog number QCT 38653 and barcode 0 7464-38653-4, with a glued cassette shell and 38653 printed inside the cover. Bob Clearmountain mixed the album at the Power Station, and Bob Ludwig mastered it at Masterdisk; production is credited to Bruce Springsteen, Chuck Plotkin, Jon Landau, and Steve Van Zandt. Manufacturing variations of this edition can have “MADE IN USA” molded into either Side 1 or Side 2 of the cassette shell.
