This 2002 U.S. edition carries catalog number CK 86840 across the Open Wide, Monument, and Columbia labels and features the corrected artwork without an HDCD logo on the rear inlay. This version has CD graphics interrupted by a clear ring around the hub and was glass mastered at Sony Music, Pitman under identifier CTDP-108869. Doug Sax and Robert Hadley mastered the album at The Mastering Lab.
