This 1973 US ATCO SD 7018 stereo edition was pressed by Presswell and issued in the distinctive tri-fold sleeve with the record housed in an external spine pocket. The supplied variant 3 runouts identify Dennis King on side A with AT/DK and George Piros on side B with AT/GP, and this copy includes the confirmed original inner sleeve.
