Why This Record Matters
Tusk followed Fleetwood Mac’s massively successful Rumours with an expansive 20-song double album shaped heavily by Lindsey Buckingham’s experimental production approach. The album produced the singles “Tusk,” “Sara,” and “Think About Me,” while continuing the songwriting contributions of Buckingham, Stevie Nicks, and Christine McVie. The title track features the USC Trojan Marching Band, recorded with the group at Dodger Stadium.

Collector Note
This 1979 U.S. Warner Bros. 2HS 3350 stereo double LP was pressed at the Capitol Records Pressing Plant, Winchester, using stampers transferred from Capitol’s Los Angeles plant. The supplied runouts carry LW identifiers, Winchester markings, and stamped MASTERED BY CAPITOL identification associated with this edition. This copy includes the original inner sleeves.
