Gentle Giant – Acquiring The Taste (LP, Album, Reissue, Terre Haute Pressing, Vertigo VEL-1005)

Why This Record Matters
Acquiring The Taste is Gentle Giant’s second studio album and one of the defining early releases in the band’s progressive-rock catalog. Produced by Tony Visconti, the album expanded the group’s sound through complex arrangements, unconventional instrumentation, synthesizers, chamber-music influences, and multi-part vocal performances.
