Originally released in 1969, Galveston reached No. 1 on Billboard’s country albums chart and became one of Glen Campbell’s signature releases. The Jimmy Webb-penned title track topped the country and Easy Listening charts, and the album also includes the Webb composition “Where's The Playground Susie.” Al De Lory produced, arranged, and conducted the album.
