Glenn Frey – The Allnighter (Vinyl, LP, Album, Stereo, 1984, MCA Records MCA 5501)

Why This Record Matters
The Allnighter is Glenn Frey's second solo studio album, released while the Eagles were on hiatus, and blends polished 1980s pop-rock with horn arrangements, synths, blues guitar, and soul influences. “Smuggler's Blues” inspired a Miami Vice episode of the same name, where Frey also appeared as a guest actor. “Sexy Girl” was another prominent single from the album.
