Heather Nova – Oyster (CD, Album, Work OK 67113 / Big Cat OK 67113)

Why This CD Matters
Oyster is Heather Nova’s second studio album, pairing her vocal-led songwriting with an alternative rock sound. The 12-track set moves from the direct pull of “Walk This World” and “Maybe An Angel” to the longer, atmospheric “Island.” Guitar, cello, bass, and drums add texture around Nova’s songs.
