Why This CD Matters
The Roots Of Guns N' Roses collects five demos recorded by Hollywood Rose in Hollywood in January 1984, before Axl Rose and Izzy Stradlin became members of Guns N' Roses. Songs including “Anything Goes,” “Shadow Of Your Love,” and “Reckless Life” later became part of the Guns N' Roses repertoire. The compilation presents the original demos followed by separate remix sets from Gilby Clarke and Fred Coury.
