Double Dose is a 1978 double live album built around Jorma Kaukonen and Jack Casady, combining Kaukonen’s solo acoustic performances with full-band Hot Tuna material. Recorded at Theatre 1839 in San Francisco with additional recording at Wally Heider Studios, it features material including “Embryonic Journey,” “Funky #7,” and “I See The Light.” The album reached No. 92 on the Billboard album chart.

Collector Note
This U.S. Grunt CYL2-2545 stereo edition is a two-record Indianapolis pressing manufactured and distributed by RCA Records. The gatefold release was mastered at Sterling Sound by George Marino and includes both original portrait inner sleeves.
