Sail Out is Jhené Aiko’s 2013 EP and her first major-label project for ARTium and Def Jam. Its guest appearances include Vince Staples, Childish Gambino, Kendrick Lamar, and Ab-Soul, connecting Aiko’s atmospheric R&B songwriting with contemporary hip-hop. “The Worst” became one of the project’s defining songs and helped establish Aiko ahead of her debut studio album, Souled Out.
