Uh-Huh followed the commercial breakthrough of American Fool and includes “Crumblin' Down,” “Pink Houses,” and “Authority Song.” Recorded primarily at The Shack in Jackson County, Indiana, the album was produced by John Cougar Mellencamp and Don Gehman and marked the first album on which Mellencamp incorporated his family name into his recording credit.
