Why This Record Matters
Houses Of The Holy is Led Zeppelin’s fifth studio album and includes “The Song Remains The Same,” “Over The Hills And Far Away,” “D'yer Mak'er,” and “No Quarter.” Produced by Jimmy Page, the album broadened the band’s hard-rock foundation with funk, reggae-influenced rhythms, layered acoustic passages, and keyboard-driven arrangements. The album was recorded in part at Electric Lady Studios in New York and Olympic Studios in London.

Collector Note
This is a 1973 U.S. Atlantic SD 7255 Presswell pressing with the 1841 Broadway label configuration associated with the first U.S. issue. The supplied Variant 7 runouts carry RL on both sides, identifying Bob Ludwig’s lacquer cut, along with Atlantic mastering and Presswell identifiers. This copy includes the confirmed original textured inner sleeve.
