Sally Can't Dance became Lou Reed’s highest-charting U.S. solo album, reaching the Top 10 on the Billboard Album Chart. Recorded at Electric Lady in New York, the album includes “Kill Your Sons,” one of Reed’s most autobiographical songs, alongside the title track and “Ride Sally Ride.”

This 1974 U.S. RCA Victor Dynaflex edition was pressed at RCA’s Indianapolis plant, identified by the stamped I in the runouts. George Semkiw mastered the album at RCA Studios in Toronto, and this copy carries the confirmed variant 2 runouts: CPL1-0611-A 1 ZDT. I A3 and CPL1-0611 B2 ZDT. I A3.
