Why This Record Matters
Originally released in 1987, Garage Days Re-Revisited was Metallica’s first release following the death of Cliff Burton and the band’s first recording with bassist Jason Newsted. The EP features Metallica’s interpretations of songs by Diamond Head, Holocaust, Killing Joke, Budgie, and the Misfits.

Collector Note
This is the 2018 US Blackened Recordings remastered reissue pressed on 180-gram vinyl by Pallas. Chris Bellman remastered the recording and cut the lacquers at Bernie Grundman Mastering, with his “CB” initials appearing in both runouts.
