Collector Note
This 1993 U.S. promotional CD was issued by Epic Associated as ZSK 74986 and manufactured and distributed by Epic. The disc was glass mastered at DADC under code DISP-001966 and was issued with a custom picture sleeve and rear tracklisting insert.
