Reveries was assembled for the American market as an introduction to Paolo Conte’s distinctive blend of Italian songwriting, jazz, chanson, and cabaret influences. The collection combines newly recorded performances of material from across his catalog with selections drawn from earlier albums, presenting familiar compositions such as “Dancing,” “Aguaplano,” “Diavolo Rosso,” and “Come Mi Vuoi.” Conte wrote and arranged the material, with Renzo Fantini producing and musicians associated with Conte’s touring ensemble contributing to the recordings.

This is the 2003 US Nonesuch edition, catalog number 79818-2, licensed from CGD EastWest/Warner Music Italia for the American market. The recordings were mixed and mastered by Roberto Barillari, with the program running 16 tracks and approximately 69 minutes. This copy is complete with the outer cardstock slipcase.
