The lacquers were cut at Masterdisk by Howie Weinberg, with MASTERDISK and HW appearing on both sides, providing specific mastering identification for this U.S. variant. This edition was originally issued with a custom glossy inner sleeve featuring a black side and album credits on the reverse.
