Why This Record Matters
Legend became Poco’s most commercially successful album and produced two of the band’s best-known songs, “Crazy Love” and “Heart Of The Night.” The album centers on Rusty Young and Paul Cotton, with Charlie Harrison on bass and Steve Chapman on drums. Its polished late-1970s sound brought Poco’s country-rock foundation into a more radio-oriented West Coast style.

This 1978 US ABC Records AA-1099 edition was pressed at MCA Pressing Plant, Gloversville, identified by the stamped ⧈-G-⧈ marking in the runouts. The supplied matrices also carry DWJ markings for mastering engineer Darrell Johnson, with the release remastered at JVC Cutting Center. This copy includes the confirmed original inner sleeve.
