Where Quantity Is Job #1 collects Propagandhi material from outside the band's primary studio albums, including alternate studio versions, live recordings, early material, and cover songs. The 30-track compilation includes alternate versions of material associated with Less Talk, More Rock alongside live versions of "Anti-Manifesto," "Less Talk, More Rock," and "Ska Sucks." It was released through G7 Welcoming Committee Records, the Winnipeg label co-founded by members of Propagandhi.
