Queen – Queen (Vinyl LP, Elektra EKS 75064, U.S. Reissue, Terry Dunavan Cut)

Why This Record Matters
Queen’s self-titled debut introduced the original Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor, and John Deacon lineup on record. Produced by Queen, John Anthony, and Roy Thomas Baker, it established the band’s early combination of hard rock, glam, and progressive arrangements. “Keep Yourself Alive,” “Liar,” and the brief “Seven Seas Of Rhye...” became important early pieces of the Queen catalog.
