Why This Record Matters
For Your Pleasure is Roxy Music's second studio album and the final Roxy Music studio album to feature Brian Eno. Recorded at AIR Studios in London, it pairs Bryan Ferry's songwriting with Eno's synthesizer and tape work, Phil Manzanera's guitar, Andy Mackay's saxophone and oboe, and Paul Thompson's drums. The album includes "Do The Strand," "Editions Of You," "In Every Dream Home A Heartache," and the nine-minute "The Bogus Man."
Collector Note
This 1973 US Warner Bros. Records BS 2696 edition is a Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Pitman pressing housed in a gatefold sleeve. It uses the period "Burbank, home of Warner Bros.
