Why This Record Matters
Siren was Roxy Music’s fifth studio album and marked a stronger move toward the polished art-rock and dance-oriented sound the band would develop further in later years. Produced by Chris Thomas, the album features “Love Is The Drug,” Roxy Music’s first major US hit, along with “Both Ends Burning” and “Just Another High.”
Collector Note
1975 first US stereo pressing manufactured by Presswell, identified by PR in both runouts. Side B was cut at Atlantic Studios by George Piros and carries his AT/GP signature. This copy includes the original inner sleeve.
