Why This CD Matters
This two-disc retrospective traces Talking Heads from their mid-1970s beginnings through their final recordings, including “Psycho Killer,” “Once In A Lifetime,” “Burning Down The House,” “Road To Nowhere,” and “(Nothing But) Flowers.” The collection also extends beyond the familiar singles, featuring early recordings, live performances, and later material such as “Sax And Violins,” “Lifetime Piling Up,” and “Popsicle.”

Collector Note
This U.S. BMG Direct club edition carries BMG numbers D 201414-1 and D 201414-2 and is housed in a fat jewel case. Both discs were glass-mastered at Specialty Records Corporation, and the collection was digitally remastered by Bob Ludwig.
