Why This Record Matters
In Visible Silence was Art Of Noise's second studio album and their first after leaving ZTT. The album was built around the lineup of Anne Dudley, J.J. Jeczalik and Gary Langan. It includes “Paranoimia” and their version of Henry Mancini's “Peter Gunn,” two of the group's best-known recordings from this period.

Collector Note
This is the 1986 US Chrysalis/China Records BFV 41528 pressing manufactured by Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Pitman. The supplied release data identifies the Pitman pressing through the CP1 runout marking, and the lacquer was cut at Sterling Sound. This copy includes the original pictured inner sleeve.
