The collection begins with “Free As A Bird,” created by Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr around a John Lennon demo and released in conjunction with the Anthology project. Across its two discs, the set places familiar songs alongside previously unreleased performances, false starts, spoken excerpts, and formative recordings such as “That'll Be The Day” and “In Spite Of All The Danger.”
