The Grateful Dead – Europe '72 (3 x Vinyl LP, Warner Bros. Records 3WX 2668, Reissue, Tri-Fold, Winchester Pressing)

Why This Record Matters
Europe '72 documents the Grateful Dead's 1972 European tour and combines concise performances with the extended improvisation central to the band's live work. The three-record set includes "Jack Straw," "China Cat Sunflower," "I Know You Rider," "Truckin'," and the closing "Morning Dew." It also documents the lineup featuring Keith Godchaux alongside Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir, Phil Lesh, Bill Kreutzmann, and Ron "Pigpen" McKernan.
