The Marshall Tucker Band – Carolina Dreams (CD, Album, Reissue, AJK Music A 780-2)

Why This CD Matters
Carolina Dreams blends the band’s Southern rock roots with the country-tinged pop-rock sound of “Heard It in a Love Song” and “Fly Like an Eagle.” Those songs helped make the 1977 album one of the band’s strongest commercial releases. The seven-track program also includes “Desert Skies” and “Tell It to the Devil.”

Collector Note
This AJK Music CD reissue carries catalog number A 780-2 and barcode 0 22775 78022 2. The original album was released in 1977, and this CD edition is listed as a 1990 reissue. It presents the seven-song album program without the bonus track found on a later reissue.
