The New Pornographers – Challengers (CD, Album, Digipak, Matador OLE 770-2)

Why This CD Matters

Newman’s songs include “My Rights Versus Yours” and the title track, while Dan Bejar contributes “Myriad Harbour,” “Entering White Cecilia,” and “The Spirit Of Giving.” Accordion, horns, strings, and piano add varied colors to the album’s guitar-based sound.
