The Rolling Stones – Some Girls Vinyl LP, Album, Repress, Goldisc Pressing, 2nd Version (Faces Removed) US, 1978 Rolling Stones Records – COC 39108

Why This Record Matters
Some Girls caught the Rolling Stones adapting to the late-1970s moment, pairing the disco pulse of “Miss You” with the punk-edged “Respectable” and “Shattered.” Its mix of styles helped make it one of the band’s defining albums of the era.

Collector Note
This is the revised, faces-removed cover version, issued after legal threats over the original celebrity-face artwork. The “GOL” runout etch identifies this Goldisc pressing; the original inner sleeve is included.
