The Rolling Stones – Some Girls (Vinyl LP, Album, Stereo, 1978, US Presswell Pressing, Rolling Stones Records COC 39108)

Why This Record Matters
Some Girls brought the Rolling Stones into the late 1970s with a mix of rock, R&B, and disco influences. It includes “Miss You,” “Beast Of Burden,” and “Shattered,” among the band’s best-known songs.

Collector Note
This US Presswell pressing has the revised die-cut cover with the celebrity faces removed, following legal objections to the original artwork. The runouts identify a Sterling Sound cut by Ted Jensen; this copy remains in shrink with its hype sticker and original inner sleeve.
