This KUCI 88.9 FM benefit compilation documents the Southern California ska scene surrounding The Ska Parade radio show during the early 1990s. Its 28 tracks include live and studio material from Sublime, Voodoo Glow Skulls, Skankin' Pickle, The Skeletones, Roland Alphonso, Ocean 11, and other ska artists. Several performances were recorded specifically for The Ska Parade radio show and at California venues including 924 Gilman Street, the King King, and the Phoenix Theatre.

This US compilation was released by A To Y Productions as catalog number A2Y002 and was mastered at Fashion Digital Studio. The disc was glass-mastered at Technicolor in Camarillo, California, with matrix/runout Technicolor C1 101952-01 A2Y and mould SID code IFPI 2T08.
